Returnerar
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Tracking Orders

Tracking information is provided with all orders via email on the day the order dispatches, and its absolutely essential you use the tracking details to track your orders journey. It is the customers full responsibility to ensure they have provided the correct shipping details, and to track their order from start to finish to avoid delays, shipping address errors, or to liaise with local couriers and customs for Non EU countries if needed. In any case that the above has not been adhered to a refund or replacement will not be offered.

If you are not in when your order arrives the delivery drivers normally leave a card. You can then either re arrange delivery or collect the items in person at your local depot. However, sometimes a card is not left, so it is vital that you track your order from start to finish to avoid delays or the possibility of the order being returned to us back at the warehouse.

European orders returned to the warehouse due to the customer not being present.

 If your order was not delivered within 2 weeks of your order date, you must get in touch with us so that we can assist you. After 3 weeks of ordering, if no actions were taken,  your order will be returned to sender.

If the order is returned to us from a non EU country and the parcel is detained/destroyed or there is simply too much paperwork/litigation to get the items returned then no refund will be offered

När din retur har mottagits och inspekterats kommer vi att skicka ett e-postmeddelande till dig som meddelar dig att vi har mottagit din returnerade artikel. Vi kommer också att meddela dig om godkännande eller avslag på din återbetalning.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gåvor
Om objektet har markerats som en gåva när det köps och skickas direkt till dig, får du en gåva kredit för värdet av din retur. När den returnerade artikeln har mottagits kommer ett presentkort att skickas till dig.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Om du skickar en vara över £50, bör du överväga att använda en spårbar frakttjänst eller köpa frakt försäkring. Vi garanterar inte att vi kommer att få din returnerade artikel.
